1. Where is it located ?
Shree Sapthagiri Layout is located to the North western part of Mysore city, adjacent to Anandhasagara, which is a part of Nithaayanandhasagara. It is located on Huilalu main road, off the Mysore - Hunsur state high way and IT Corridor of Mysore, close to the IT Hub, Bramhakumari’s Global University and the SEZ.
2. What are the Facilities available ?

3. What is the arrangement for Drinking water ?
We have Bore wells dug at each Layout, through which the water is being pumped to the huge Over Head Tanks of 10 Lakh litres capacity, to ensure that the entire layout is provided with drinking water.
However the Kabini water, which is main source of water supply for Mysore, being supplied by MUDA, is terminated at Ilivala, likely to be connected to our layouts by 2012. Consequent to that the OHT water supply will be a redundant source, which could become back up source.
4. Is it MUDA Approved ?
Yes all our Layouts are approved by MUDA and also by the Planning Authority, on all parameters, as per the latest norms.
5. Whether legal processes cleared ?
All the Legal formalities are cleared to ensure that there is no encumberances.
6. Whether we will get the Khatha certificate after the Registration ?
Definitely Yes. Once the Registration processes are over, You will be handed over with all related site documents and sale deed, with in a week’s time. The Khatha certificate issued by MUDA will be handed over, with in 4 four weeks from the date of Registration, once we receive the same from MUDA.
7. Can we avail the Bank Finance facility ?
Since we have cleared all the legal formalities, besides getting the approval of MUDA and the Planning Authority, Bank finance facility is very much easy. In fact, we have tie up with M/s AXIS BANK, for the Loan facility.
8. Can an NRI Purchase this Plot ?
Yes. As an NRI you can purchase, get it registered in your name, either personally or through a GPA holder executed by you to any of your relatives or close friends, as the case may be.
9. Whether the plot once registered in my name is secured, even in my absence ?, since I am settled away from the

10. Am I eligible for availing the maintenance facility ?

Project is exclusively designed for the benefit of all the members, it’s mandatory that all the members should avail this facility, to reduce their burden & hassle. The maintenance facility will have a direct bearing on the appreciation on the investment.
11. Are you going to maintain the plots, even after the registration? if so at what cost ?
As already explained, since our main motto is "Customer’s Satisfaction", to ensure that the customer or the plot owner is peaceful without any hassles, we have designed the novel idea of Maintenance and Upkeep

12. Who can avail the Luxury facilities created at the Mysore – Hunsur Projects ?
All the members of the layouts are eligible for the Luxury Facilities being created at a very huge cost.
13. What are the Registration processes ?
The members, who purchase the plot, after paying the Registration amount, will have to provide docs like Address proof with photo Id, PAN CARD Copy, Four passport size photos. The date of Registration will be informed well in advance to all the members. The members will have to come to Mysore on the date of Registration. Once the registration formality is over, the members will be ferried through our dedicated Transport, for a site visit, to have a look at their respective site or plot.
14. How can I pay the property Taxes, after registration ?
The Khatha charges paid at the time of Registration will cover first year Property Tax payable to MUDA. During the subsequent years they can approach our Bangalore office or Mysore office, depending on their convenience, for payment of Property Tax. Our representatives will coordinate with MUDA, for payment of Property Tax.
15. When can we start the construction processes ?
The construction processes could be started, once your plot registration formalities are completed, duly getting the plan sanctioned by MUDA. The bottle necks if any, in this direction will be cleared.
16. Can you also help us to construct the House as per our requirement, once the plot is registered in our name ?
We have a list of highly reputed building Contractors, who can help in this endeavor. The contractors who are in our panel, are associated with us since long. We can press their services for your requirements. Depending up on the quote and deliverables of different contractors, you can finalize the best one.
